How much are the shipping costs?
We ship our wines securely packaged via parcel service. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order. For orders of €120 or more, we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Are all wines organic certified?
Respectful treatment of nature in the Taubertal is very important to us. We cultivate our vineyards in a natural way and do not use herbicides. We are currently in the official transition process, which is why not all older vintages carry the organic seal, but we are already working strictly according to ecological guidelines.
Which payment methods are offered?
To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we offer various secure payment options. You can pay flexibly via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung, or the classic way via invoice (Klarna).
Do you also ship abroad (EU)?
Yes, we are also happy to ship Tauberfranken-Genuss beyond German borders! For deliveries to other EU countries (e.g., Austria, France, Netherlands), we charge a flat shipping rate of €15.90. Please note that the delivery time is approximately 3–7 working days.
